GREAT RATINGS FOR WORST COOKS!
The Season 2 premiere of Worst Cooks in America (on the Food Network), which I edited, drew amazing ratings. It got a 1.76 in households and 1.59 in Females 18-49, making it the 10th highest-rated cable show of the night - out of 461 shows! It even beat its lead-in, the Iron Chef Special with Worst Cooks hosts Robert and Anne.

I was commissioned by Dior to update the Natalie Portman reel I had previously edited for the Gotham Awards in 2009. It was shown at a press event in NY announcing Natalie Portman as the new face of Dior.
“10 BEST” FILM SERIES TRAILER
In October 2010, Cinema Tropical and yours truly organized a series of events in New York City to celebrate the recent “explosion” of Latin American cinema. This trailer was created to promote the “10 Best Latin American Films of the Decade” series at the IFC Center, and at the “Cinema Tropical Awards” red carpet event at the NY Times Center, which was a huge success: http://www.cinematropical.com/Awards/

I wasn’t crazy about the ads for the Metropolitan Transportation System of San Diego I’d been seeing on TV, so I came up with what I think is a better concept than they had and decided to shoot it myself. This is the result - shot on the Canon 7D for peanuts.

I am the exclusive U.S. rep for this elegant, heartbreaking Chilean documentary, which recently finished third in the audience voting at Hot Docs and has been praised in festivals all over Europe (famed filmmaker Costa Gravas - “Missing” - is a also big supporter of the film). Now we’re bringing the film to the U.S. First stop: Lincoln Center in September 2010.
